introduction | acid green 41 is a green powder, which has been reported in the literature to be used to prepare a high adhesion marking ink composition and a washable three-in-one crayon. It is green when dissolved in water. Soluble in acetone, ethanol, ethylene glycol ether, o-chlorophenol and pyridine. Insoluble in benzene, carbon tetrachloride, chloroform and toluene. It is green in concentrated sulfuric acid, and turns to light green after dilution, and red in alkaline solution containing hydrosulfite. When dyeing, the color light of copper ions changes slightly, and the color light of iron ions darkens slightly. |
use | weak acid brilliant green 6G can be used for dyeing wool, silk and wool blended fabrics, and can also be directly printed on wool and silk fabrics. Mainly used for dyeing loose hair, wool and yarn. Levelness and pullout are moderate. When used for dyeing wool with other fibers in the same bath, the silk is stained seriously, and the cellulose fiber and acetate fiber are not stained. |
production method | using 1,4,5,8-tetrahydroxyanthraquinone and p-toluidine as raw materials, first 1,4,5, 8-tetrahydroxyanthraquinone is partially reduced with zinc powder and hydrochloric acid, then condensed with p-toluidine, and then neutralized by sulfonation to obtain the product. The finished product is salted out, filtered, dried and crushed.. |
